MASON FOR SURVIVORS

We are a student-led advocacy group in solidarity with survivors, advocating for transparency and demanding systemic reform at George Mason University.

 

Recently, George Mason University has hired Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh as a visiting professor. This is a clear display of disrespect for the safety and wellbeing of sexual assault survivors, students, and the Fairfax community.

In response, a student coalition has formed, Mason For Survivors.

 

We are demanding that the university voids all contracts and affiliations with Kavanaugh, reform the IX office, increase resources for survivors, and implement trauma-informed training for police.

We are working towards providing justice for survivors and making campus safe for all students.
